摘要
对医学相关问题进行法医鉴定、开展司法实践、维护法律公正,是将法医学理论推广至实践的具体举措,也是法医学专业教育的最终目标;法医学鉴定案例应用于PBL教学则是成功实现实践反哺理论。本文通过对法医学鉴定案例的实用性以及案例模式与PBL教学模式对比论证进行分析,案例的特点在于以问题为表象、以推动解决问题为导向,与PBL有异曲同工之妙;论证案例这一载体应用于PBL教学,有利于学习者通过PBL模式模拟案例鉴定,亲历分析问题和解决问题的全过程;通过实际来源的素材和实践性强的操作,优化法医学PBL教学的实用性,以期提升适应时代发展需要的法医学实战型人才培养模式。
Forensic medicine is applied to expertise for law justice and juridical practice,which reflects the promotion of theory to practice and final objectives for training students. The application and promotion of medicolegal expertise cases to PBL teaching style is a success of practice feeding back to theory. By analyzing the characteristics of PBL teaching style and medicolegal expertise cases,the characteristics of cases are focused on the surface of problems,intension of problem solving,usage of cases for PBL learning,and taking advantage,and feasibility of application of cases on PBL teaching is demonstrated,which is beneficial to optimizing forensic PBL teaching and upgrading personnel training mode for requirement of era development in forensic medicine.
