摘要
课程设置不仅影响到教学质量,也会影响到学生就业。当前卫生事业管理专业医学课程设置在教学需求、教学内容、教师队伍与教学模式、教学时间等方面仍存在很多问题,极大影响了人才培养的效果。因此需要在明确需求的基础上,改善教学内容和教学模式,促进医学管理学知识的融合,优化教学时间,提高教学质量。
Course setting has influence on the quality of teaching as well as students＇ employment. There are lots of problems in the medical courses setting of health management major including knowledge needs,courses content,teachers,teaching model,and teaching time and so on,which have greatly affected the effect of teaching. We should elevate the quality of teaching through improving the courses contents and teaching model,promoting the merging of medical and management,and optimizing teaching time on the basis of specific needs.
