摘要 为减少作业过程中的燃气放散,以北京燃气管道作业条件为基础,开发了一套移动式、适用于中低压燃气管道的放散燃气回收利用装置。该装置设有加压回收和气体转输两个独立的系统,适用于不同场所的作业需求。加压回收系统由压缩机橇、金属软管、变径管等部件组成,用于将燃气抽出并注入到管道分段阀门另一侧的管道内使用;气体转输系统由调压橇、金属软管、变径管等部件组成,用于将中压管道内的燃气降压后注入到相邻的低压管道中。该装置具有体积小、移动灵活、安全可靠等特点,可最大程度地回收管道内待放散的燃气。 In order to reduce the gas emission during the operation, an emitted gas recovery device which can move and apply to medium and low pressure gas pipeline is developed based on the working conditions of gas pipeline in Beijing. The device has two separate systems for pressure recovery and gas transfer, and can be used in different situations. The pressure recovery system consists of a compressor skid, metal hose, reducer pipe and other components which can be used for extracting gas from bleeding valve and injecting it into pipeline at the other side of segmented valve. The gas transfer system consists of a pressure regulating skid, metal hose, reducer pipe and so on which can be used for reducing gas pressure in medium pressure pipeline and injecting it into the adjacent low pressure pipeline. The device has the advantages of small volume, flexible mobility, security and reliability, and it can recovery the gas to be emitted in pipeline to maximum extent.
