摘要
通过对中梁山改性煤样在不同流速下的穿透实验,得到了该煤样的吸附柱穿透曲线,建立了等温条件下的非线性柱动力学穿透模型,并通过MATLAB求解软件对该模型进行了数值求解。采用中梁山改性前后煤样、松藻改性煤和活性炭作为吸附剂对模拟煤层气进行变压吸附浓缩分离研究表明,对于低浓度的煤层气而言,采用中梁山酸碱改性煤样在提纯低浓度煤层气实验中优于活性炭。
The breakthrough curve of the modified coal has been gotten by breakthrough experiment in different current velocity. The nonlinear kinetic model has been set up under the isothermal condition, and its numerical value keys are obtained by MAT-LAB7.0 software. The reconstructive coal can be used for separating methane from the simulate coal-seam gas methane by using PSA enrichment method. The result is shown that the effective ability of separating low concentration coal-bed gas by acid-alkali modification Zhongliangshan coal sample is prior than that by activated carbon.
