摘要
将三氯乙酰基异氰酸酯(TAIC)与聚醚二醇DPL-2E在室温下混合反应5min后,得到的衍生物进行定量^1H-NMR分析,根据特定氢信号峰面积的比值计算其伯仲羟基比为1.4/1。结合^13C-NMR及DEPT135 NMR谱,计算得到聚醚二醇样品DPL-2E的PO/EO摩尔比为5/1。该方法简便快捷,可用于分析各类聚醚多元醇的伯仲羟基比。
Quantitative ^1H-NMR analysis of the derivative prepared by reacting trichloroacetyl isocyanate (TAIC) with polyether polyol DPL-2E for five minutes at room temperature was conducted. Molar ratio of primary and secondary hydroxyl groups of DPL-2E was 1.4/1 which was calculated based on peak area of the ^1H-NMR signals. The molar ratio of PO/EO in DPL-2E was determined to be 5/1 according to ^13C-NMR and DEPT135 NMR spectra. This method could be applied to the determination of molar ratio of primary and secondary hydroxyl groups of all the polyether polyols rapidly.
