摘要
目的探讨FOLFOX4方案化疗联合芪珍胶囊治疗晚期胃癌的效果,为更好地治疗胃癌、改善预后提供一定的理论依据。方法选择2011年8月~2013年8月山西省肿瘤医院收治的晚期胃癌患者160例,并随机分为对照组(单纯化疗组)和研究组,对照组采用常规FOLFOX4方案化疗进行治疗,研究组在对照组化疗基础上加用芪珍胶囊,连续治疗6个疗程后,观察两组疗效、生活质量变化和不良反应情况。结果研究组的治疗有效率和疾病控制率较高,分别为67.5%和87.5%,明显高于单纯化疗组(47.5%和72.5%)(χ2=6.55和5.63,P<0.05);58.8%的研究组患者治疗后生活质量提高,明显高于单纯化疗组(47.5%)(χ2=4.26,P<0.05);研究组1年生存率为67.5%,单纯化疗组为48.8%,研究组1年生存率明显高于单纯化疗组,差别有统计学意义(χ2=5.78,P<0.05);而两组治疗过程中及治疗后,均出现一定的不良反应,主要有骨髓抑制、肝功能损害、消化道反应、心律失常和脱发,不良反应程度较轻,以1、2度为主;且研究组各种不良反应的发生率均低于单纯化疗组,但差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 FOLFOX4方案化疗联合芪珍胶囊能增强晚期胃癌患者疗效,提高患者生活质量,并可提高患者1年生存率,且不良反应发生比例较低,具有临床应用价值。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of chemotherapy plus Qizhen capsule in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer, to provide a theoretical basis for better prevention and treatment of gastric cancer and improve the prognosis.
