核因子κB与口腔癌关系的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 核因子κB (nuclear factor-kappa B)是人体免疫、炎症和应激反应的主要调节因子.近年来的研究显示,核因子κB在乳腺癌、前列腺癌、卵巢癌、肾细胞癌和口腔癌等多种肿瘤的发生、侵袭和转移中起重要的调控作用[1-5],核因子κB及其信号通路的研究对于口腔癌的基础研究和临床防治具有重要意义.
