摘要
以淮安信息职业技术学院为例,对移动通信技术专业对应的职业岗位群进行分析,明确本专业人才培养的目标;以学校"四个嵌入"理念为指导,充分发挥职业技能大赛的引领作用,依据实际工作岗位要求,校企双方共同构建专业课程;以校企合作为平台,创新和实践"校企融合、工学结合、订单培养"专业人才培养模式。
Taking Huai’an College of Information Technology as an example,the corresponding occupation post group of mobile communication technology major is analyzed to make the professional talent training goal clear. With the guidance of ＂ four embedded＂ concept,and giving full play to the leading role of vocational skills competition,we construct major courses and occupation quality education courses together with enterprises on the basis of the actual work requirements. Based on school- enterprise cooperation platform,the paper pits forward the innovative and practical professional talent training mode of ＂ school enterprise integration,the combination of engineering and order training＂.
