摘要
人才培养模式改革是高职教育发展的热点问题。苏州工业职业技术学院应用电子技术专业在科学分析人才培养定位的基础上,从市场调研入手,对中小企业应用电子技术专业就业岗位的工作任务进行分析,将相关职业证书的要求融入教学内容,进行"素质全过程,能力四递进"的人才培养模式的改革与探索,突出高职教育的职业性、应用性和针对性。
Reform of training mode is a hot issue in higher vocational education development.Starting from the market research,based on the scientific analysis of the orientation of talents-cultivation and SMEs job tasks analysis,the major of applied electronic technology in Suzhou Industrial Institute of technology integrates teaching with the relevant professional certification requirements and makes a reform and exploration on the training mode ＂the whole process of quality,four progressive capacities＂,highlighting profession,application and pertinence of higher vocational education.
