摘要
将制备PVA-ECC的主要原材料(包括水泥、粉煤灰、石英砂及聚乙烯醇纤维)按一定比例掺入普通路面基层材料中,寻求一种新型的具有自愈合能力的路面基层材料—PVA-ECC稳定碎石混合料。对不同路面基层材料、不同龄期试件进行了抗压强度试验,通过不同环境条件下(包括置于户外、标准养护室、干湿循环)养护的开裂试件抗压强度与标准试件抗压强度的比值来评价自愈合性能。试验结果分析表明:PVA-ECC稳定碎石混合料抗压强度优于水泥稳定碎石混合料,抗压强度最高可提高42%;常规水泥稳定碎石混合料没有明显的自愈合性能,PVAECC稳定碎石混合料有良好的自愈合性能,自愈合后抗压强度提高57.3%;经干湿循环实现自愈合的开裂PVAECC稳定碎石混合料试件抗压强度最高,自愈合性能最好。
The main ingredients( cement,fly ash,quartz sand and polyvinyl alcohol fiber) for PVA- ECC are added into regular pavement base materials for making a new self-healing material for pavement base,i. e.,PVA- ECC stabilized crushed-stone mixture. The compressive strength tests on different pavement base materials with different aging times are carried out to evaluate their self-healing performance by comparing the strength ratios of standard specimen to the specimens with cracking cured under different environmental conditions( outdoor curing,laboratory curing,dry-wet circulation). The test result analyses indicates that( 1) the compressive strength of PVA- ECC stabilized crushed-stone mixture is higher than that of cement stabilized crushed-stone mixture,and the peak compressive strength is increased by 42%;( 2)regular cement stabilized crushed-stone mixture shows little self-healing effect,while PVA- ECC stabilized crushed-stone mixture has superior self-healing performance,and its compressive strength is increased by57. 3% after self-healing;( 3) the PVA- ECC stabilized crushed-stone mixture specimen experienced drywet circulation has the highest compressive strength and the best self-healing performance.
