摘要
特高压变电站对电网的安全和稳定运行具有非常重要的意义,而带电作业是确保其运行可靠性的重要技术手段。为了在特高压变电站开展带电作业,文中设计了一种可用于1 000 kV特高压变电站带电作业的绝缘平台。通过绝缘耐受、湿态绝缘、抗弯、抗扭、抗机械老化等试验项目对平台主体材料的性能参数进行了全面考核,并对平台整体的电气性能和机械性能进行了试验验证。另外计算校核了绝缘平台的稳定性及安全系数。试验和计算结果表明所研制绝缘平台满足带电作业工器具标准要求,为特高压变电站管母类带电作业项目的安全开展提供了必要的检修平台,平台主体结构简单、现场组装方便,有利于进一步推动特高压变电站带电作业技术的应用推广。
UHV substation has very important significance to safety and stable operation of the power grid,and live working is an important technology to ensure its reliability. In order to develop live working in UHV substation, a kind of insulating platform for live working in the 1 000 kV UHV substation is designed and tested in this paper. Main performance parameters of the platform are taken comprehensive assessment through the insulation resistance, wet insulation, bending, twisting, mechanical aging test items, as well as the whole electrical performance and mechanical performance tests. The stability and safety factor of insulation platform is calculated. Experimental and calculated results show that the developed insulating platform meets the requirement of live working tool and apparatus standard, which provides a necessary maintenance platform for live working on UHV substation bus tubes, whose main body structure is simple, convenient assembly at the scene, is conducive to further promote the live working technology application in UHV substation.
