介绍了注塑模内贴标(IML)技术的基本原理和设备特点。以装饰注塑件的常见缺陷,如冲墨、皱折、熔接痕、缩痕、气泡等为例,详细阐释其产生原因。从工艺设计和模具设计两方面提出了解决IML饰件外观缺陷的措施。
This injection molding paper introduces the basic principle and equipment of in-mold labeling technology. The causes and solutions of common defects of decorative plastic parts are explained such as the ink washout, wrinkle, weld line, sink marks, bubbles, et al. It puts forward the methods to optimize the process and mould design.
