摘要
研究过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)和马来酰亚胺类物质(M)对三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)与未处理聚酯帆布粘合性能的影响。结果表明:采用DCP为引发剂、M为交联剂的硫化体系所制备的EPDM硫化胶具有较好的物理性能,在常温和200℃下与未处理聚酯帆布的粘合强度较高;当DCP/M用量比为0.75/3时,硫化胶的高温粘合强度达到耐热输送带的T3等级。
The effect of dicumyl peroxide(DCP)and maleic imide containing additive M on the adhesion property of EPDM and untreated polyester canvas was investigated.The results showed that,EPDM vulcanizate prepared with DCP as initiator and M as crosslinking agent had good physical properties,and the adhesion strength with untreated polyester canvas was high at room temperature and 200 ℃. It was found that when the blend ratio of DCP/M was 0.75/3,the adhesion strength of the vulcanizates at high temperature reached T3 level of heat resistant conveyor belt.
