摘要 以SBR为耐热输送带盖胶层主体材料,秋兰姆类、噻唑类、次磺酰胺类配合使用作硫化体系,中超、通用炭黑为补强体系,研制了耐热输送带。结果表明:加入TT(2份)、NOBS(1.5份)、N220+N660(25份+25份),可大大提高SBR的耐热性能及热老化性能保持率,且生产工艺简单,方便实用;选用聚酯帆布为输送带骨架材料,使用证明,耐热带可在物料温度为200~300℃环境中使用。 The heat resistant conveyor belts were developed by using SBR as the main material of cover of the belts, and using the combination of thiurams, thiazoles and sulfonamide as the curing systems, and using intermediate super abrasion carbon black (N220) and general purpose carbon black as the reinforcement systems. The results showed that the heat resistance and properties retention of heat age stability were greatly increased by adding TT(2 phr),NOBS(1.5 phr) and N220/N660(25 phr/25 phr), and the products production process was simple, convenient and practical; The practice results showed that the heat resistant conveyor belts were used at 200℃-300℃ of the conveyed powder temperature by using polyester fabric as the reinforcement material of the belts.
