桑树新品种云桑3号的选育与性状特点 被引量:3

摘要 桑褐斑病是云南蚕区发生较严重的桑树病害,选育对桑褐斑病抵抗能力强、桑叶产量高、叶质优的桑树新品种对稳定云南蚕区的蚕桑生产有重要意义。1990年以丰产、优质和对桑褐斑病有较强抵抗力的桑树品种资源作为亲本组配杂交组合,选择出目标性状优良的组合女桑×云桑798,进一步从该杂交组合中选拔出叶面积大、叶肉厚、节间密、发芽率高、生长势强、对桑褐斑病有较强抵抗力的桑树优良单株进行嫁接扩繁及定向培育,经小区栽植试验、区域适应性试验和叶质的养蚕鉴定试验,2013年正式定名为云桑3号。目前该品种在云南省主要蚕区栽植面积已超过2 000 hm^2,其主要特点是:叶质优良,养蚕成绩好,产叶量超过对照桑品种农桑14号4.9%、湖桑32号26.5%;相同栽培环境及病害发生条件下对桑褐斑病的抵抗能力和耐干旱能力均超过对照桑品种。新品种适合在云南省海拔500~2 000 m的桑园栽植。 Mulberry brown spot is a severe disease occurring in sericultural areas of Yunnan Province. Breeding new mulberry varieties with strong resistance to mulberry brown spot, high leaf yield and high leaf quality is of important significance to stabilize sericulture in Yunnan Province. In 1990, mulberry variety resources with high yield, high quality and strong resistance to mulberry brown spot were selected and used as parents to prepare cross combinations. A new cross combination named N0sangxYunsang 798 owning good target traits was obtained. Then, the excellent single mulberry plants having the features of large leaf, thick mesophyll, short internode, high germination rate, strong growth potential and high resistance to mulberry brown spot were selected from NOsangxYunsang 798 to conduct directional selection af- ter grafting. After plot cultivation experiment, regional cultivation test and silkworm rearing with leaves of the new mulberry variety, the new mulberry variety was officially named as Yunsang 3 in 2013. At present, the planting area of Yunsang 3 is up to 2 000 hm2 in main sericultural areas of Yunnan. Yunsang 3 has the features of high leaf quality and good record of silkworm rearing. Its leaf yield was 4.9% and 26.5% higher than the control mulberry varieties Nongsang 14 and Husang 32 respectively. Under the same condition of cultivation and occurrence of disease, the disease resistance and drought resistance of Yunsang 3 was higher than the control mulberry varieties. Yunsang 3 is suitable to grow at 500 m to 2 000 m altitude of mulberry fields in Yunnan Province.
