摘要
城镇化促使地方政府土地财政依赖程度逐渐加深,土地财政依赖对城镇化也存在反作用。文章从全国总体水平上考察土地财政依赖和城镇化发展的现状,用省级面板数据计量检验土地财政依赖度对城镇化水平的影响。研究结果表明,土地财政依赖度的提高会抑制人口城镇化水平的提高,该结论深刻地暴露了我国现行土地财政模式的不可持续性。
Urbanization is deepening local government＇s land-based finance dependence gradually, and the land-based finance dependence will also have the opposite effect of urbanization. We investigate the present situation of land-based finance dependence and urbanization from the national level, and test the influence of land-based finance dependence on urbanization based on the provincial panel data. The research results show that the increase of land-based finance dependence is suppressing the progress of population urbanization and land urbanization. This discovery exposes profoundly the unsustainability of the current land-based financing pattern in China.
