摘要
目的 :调查机场工作人员急救知识、态度与行为现状及其培训需求,为有效开展机场急救培训提供依据。方法 :采用简单随机抽样法,抽取127名机场工作人员作为调查对象。应用自编问卷进行人口学资料、培训需求现状及急救知信行状况的调查,并分析其结果。结果 :机场工作人员急救知识和行为得分较低,态度得分较高,知信行得分三者两两间呈正相关(P<0.05)。96.8%的调查对象认为自己有必要接受急救培训。结论 :机场工作人员对急救知识和行为掌握不佳,亟待提高;急救态度较积极,但缺乏施救信心,培训需求强烈。需广泛对其开展急救培训,同时还应出台相关的法律保护施救者。
Objective: To explore the status of knowledge, attitude and practice (KAP) of first-aid among airport staff and the need for first-aid training among airport staff. Methods: Totally 127 airport staff were recruited by simple random sampling method. Questionnaires of demography data, KAP of first-aid, and need for first-aid training which designed by researchers were used. Results: The scores of knowledge and practice were lower compared with attitude scores. There was a positive significant correlation among knowledge, attitude and practice (P〈0.05). The KAP scores who received first-aid training were higher than those without training (P〈0.05). About 96.8% respondents believed that the first-aid training is necessary for them. Conclusion: The knowledge and practice of first-aid are lower among airport staff, which deserves further improvement. First-aid attitude is positive but the rescues confidence is deficiency. The airport staff had strong desire to receive first-aid training. First-aid training should be widespread carried out and relevant laws also need to be issued by government.
