摘要
随着六盘水地区可再生能源发电的发展,电网的安全稳定问题日益严重,拟装设基于广域响应的安全稳定控制系统。考虑负荷水平、开机方式、网架结构变化等因素,研究和比较了单机能量函数、轨迹特征根、最大功角差、同调机群间隙角、基于轨迹的EEAC、轨迹凹凸性、受扰电压轨迹积分7种暂态稳定判别技术的适用性,包括判据的可靠性、快速性及可实施性。研究表明,受扰电压轨迹积分方法具有较好的快速性和工程实用性。对受扰电压轨迹积分方法的测点选取进行了研究,提出了n取二判别法,在此基础上设计了六盘水电网稳定控制系统失稳预警方案。
With the rapid development of renewable energy sources in Liupanshui power grid,the problem of security and stability of power grid is more and more serious,and the security and stability control system is installed based on wide-area response.Taking into account such factors as load level,generation output and network structure variations,principles and characteristics of different transient instability detection methods are studied and compared,which involve the reliability,speediness and possibility of application for detection.Research results show that the perturbed voltage trajectories integral method has better rapidness and project applying feasibility,and its detecting node is studied.In addition,the two-of-njudging method is presented,based on which the instability detection strategies of stability control system for Liupanshui power grid is designed.
