本文详细说明了南方互联电网安全稳定控制系统的配置和功能，并结合现阶段南方互联电网的运行情况阐述了安全稳定控制系统在南方互联电网中的作用及存在的问题．
The network structure and operation circumstances of South China interconnected Power Network inthe year 1995 is presented in this paper. The configuration,its function and some existing problems of the security andstability control system for South China interconnectedPower Network is expounded, and some corresponding suggestions are proposed.
