摘要
塔的设备布置及管道设计在炼油和化工生产中占有重要地位。塔因其功能特点及结构特殊性,其管线设计也较其它设备复杂。以某苯乙烯抽提项目中板式和填料塔为例,着重论述了塔设备的布置方法,塔管口方位的合理规划,附塔管线设计的特点、重点及注意事项,附塔管线管架设计的思路和原则。
Equipment layout and piping design of the tower play an important role in the oil refining and chemical production. Piping design of the tower is more complex than other equipment because of its functional characteristics and the particularity of the structure. In this paper, taking plate tower and packed tower of a styrene extraction project as an example, the method of tower equipment layout was discussed as well as reasonable design of nozzle orientation, characteristics and matters needing attention of pipeline design of attached tower, ideas and principles of design for pipe rack and hanger.
