摘要
目的探讨无创呼吸机可容鼻饲管面罩的制作方法和应用情况。方法选择2012年5月-2014年12月使用无创呼吸机且携带鼻饲管的患者160例,并使用随机数字表法分为对照组80例与观察组80例。对照组患者在无创正压机械通气治疗中使用普通面罩,观察组患者使用自行制作的可容鼻饲管面罩。比较两组患者的漏气量。结果对照组患者漏气量为（45.03±7.08）L/min,观察组患者漏气量为（37.01±5.23）L/min,两组比较,P〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论可容鼻饲管的呼吸机面罩能有效地减少无创通气且携带鼻饲管患者的漏气量,患者舒适度好,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To summarize the design and application of ventilator mask with nasal feeding tube. Methods From May 2012 to December 2014, 160 patients with nasal bowel loops and noninvasive ventilator were divided into the control group and the observation group in equal number using random digit table. In the control group （non-invasive positive pressure ventilation, NPPV）, ordinary mask was used for the noninvasive positive pressure mechanical ventilation , and in the observation group mask with nasogastric tube was used in the process of NPPV. The two groups were compared in terms of air leakage. Results The air leakage of the control group and the observation was （45.03 ± 7.08）L/min and （37.01 ± 5.23）L/min, respectively. The difference between groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The ventilation mask with nasogastric tube can effectively reduce the air leakage of noninvasive ventilation, improve comfort rate and noninvasive mechanical ventilation treatment compliance, which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
