摘要
目的探讨管周漏气程度与拔管成功率的关系。方法 250例机械通气患者根据管周漏气量分为5组,均行拔管操作,统计各组拔管成功率。结果随着管周漏气量的增长,拔管成功率也逐步上升,两者呈正相关关系,5组组间比较有显著统计学差异(x2=26.587,P<0.01)。结论本试验研究为临床拔管提供了初步的参考,从而使拔管成功率进一步提高成为可能。
Objective To explore the relationship between degree of peritubular air test and successful rate of tube drawing. Methods 250 cases of patients with mechanical ventilation were divided into 5 groups according to the amount of peritubular air test, then all given tube drawing and statistics the successful rate. Results The successful rate of tube drawing rose belong with he amount of peritubular air test, the two showed positive correlation, the comparation between 5 groups showed significant differences （x^2=26.587,P0.01）.Conclusion Our experiment provide primary reference for clinical work, and make the successful rate of tube drawing rising further possibly.
