摘要 目的针对出院患者进行信函式满意度调查分析,为医院提高医疗质量和服务水平提供参考依据。方法采用自行设计,经过信度、效度检验的满意度调查问卷,采用整群分层抽样的办法,按月通过信函对出院患者随机发放满意度调查问卷。结果发函2380件,收回1035件,回函率43.5%。20项满意度评价指标中,最高项平均得分4.77分,最低项平均得分4.56分。结论医院应采取针对性措施,在改善环境设施,降低医疗费用,优化诊疗流程等方面完善提高。 Objective To survey on the satisfaction of discharged patients and provide a reference for hospital administrator to improve the quality of service. Methods The satisfaction questionnaire was used to investigate the satisfaction of the patients discharged from hospital by the method of stratified sampling. Results 2380 pieces of questionnaire were Sent, among which 1035 pieces were taken back, the reply rate was 43.5%. In 20 satisfaction evaluation indexes of questionnaire, the highest average score was 4.77 points, the lowest score is 4.56 points. Conclusion Hospital administrator should take specific measures to improve environmental facilities, strengthen cost management,optimize treatment processes and further improve patient satisfaction.
