穿山龙对桥本甲状腺炎患者Th17/Treg型细胞因子表达的影响 被引量:16

Effects of dioscorea nipponica on the expression of Th17/Treg cytokines in patients with hashimoto thyroiditis

摘要 目的:通过观察穿山龙治疗桥本甲状腺炎(HT)患者的前后血清自身免疫性抗体——甲状腺球蛋白抗体(TGAb)、甲状腺抗过氧化物酶抗体(TPOAb)及Th17、调节性T细胞(Treg)比例的变化关系,探讨穿山龙治疗HT免疫学作用机制。方法:将64例诊断明确的HT患者随机均分为治疗组和对照组,对照组给予左旋甲状腺素片治疗调节甲状腺功能至正常并维持治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上联合应用穿山龙颗粒,入组后均连续治疗6个月。结果:观察6个月后,治疗组TGAb以及TPOAb水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组Th17细胞及相关细胞因子较对照组下降明显,Treg细胞、Treg/Th17比值明显升高(P<0.05)。结论:穿山龙能降低HT患者TGAb、TPOAb的滴度,其机制可能与调节Th17/Treg平衡相关。 Objective: To explore the immunological mechanisms of dioscorea nipponica in the treatment of hashimoto thyroid(HT) by observing the ratio change relations of the serum autoimmune antibodies of patients with HT before and after the treatment with dioscorea nipponica, including thyroglobulin antibodies(TGAb), thyroid peroxidase antibody(TPOAb) and TH17, regulatory T cells(Treg). Methods: Sixty-four cases of patient with definite diagnosis of HT were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The control group was given Levothyroxine Sodium Tablets to adjust thyroid function to normal level and maintain the treatment. Based on the control group, the treatment group was combined with application of Dioscorea Nipponica Granule. Both groups were treated for consecutive 6 months. Results: After 6 months’ observation, levels of both TGAb and TPOAb of treatment group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05); Th17 cells and relevant cytokine of treatment group were declined significantly compared with control group, and the ratios of Treg cell, Treg/Th17 were significantly increased(P<0.05). Conclusion: Dioscorea nipponica can reduce the titer of TGAb and TPOAb of patients with HT, whose mechanism may be related to the regulation of Th17/Treg balance.
