摘要
目的:用血清药理学方法研究芪莲汤对小鼠免疫功能的影响,探讨其可能的作用机制。方法:用MTT法测定不同浓度芪莲汤药物血清对美洲商陆(PWM)诱导的脾淋巴细胞增殖的活细胞数;用ELISA法测定不同浓度芪莲汤药物血清对PWM诱导的淋巴细胞分泌白细胞介素-2(IL-2)的水平。同时设白山云芝多糖组作为阳性药物对照组。结果:20%和10%芪莲汤药物血清可增强PWM诱导的脾淋巴细胞增殖能力,与空白对照血清组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。20%芪莲汤药物血清作用效果要优于白山云芝多糖组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。20%芪莲汤药物血清使PWM诱导的脾淋巴细胞IL-2表达增加,与空白对照血清组比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:芪莲汤药物血清可正向调节小鼠脾淋巴细胞的增殖及IL-2的表达。
Objective To elucidate the effects of QiLian decoction serum on the proliferation and IL-2 secretion of mouse splenic lymphocyte （SPL） and its possible mechanisms. Methods MTT assay was used to analyze the effects of different concentration of QiLian decoction serum on the proliferation induced by pokeweed pokeroot （PWM）. And its effects on PWM induced interleukin 2 （IL-2） secretion by SPL cells were analyzed by ELISA. Baishan-CVPS treated group was used as positive control. Results Both 10% and 20% QiLian decoction serum significantly enhanced PWM induced proliferation of mouse splenic lymphocyte, statistically significant compared to control group （P 〈 0.05）. The effectiveness of 20% QiLian decoction serum is better than that of Baishan-CVPS. And 20% QiLian decoction serum significantly increased IL-2 serection by SPL cultured in vitro （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion QiLian decoction serum positively regulated proliferation and IL-2 serection of SPL cultured in vitro.
