摘要
使用Hot disk热常数分析仪对粘结相含量不大于30%的硬质合金的导热系数进行实验研究,分析测量了不同的WC晶粒尺寸、粘结相含量、粘结相组成元素的硬质合金的导热系数。结果表明:相同WC晶粒尺寸的同系列硬质合金,随着粘结相含量的增加,合金的导热系数减小,且成线性关系;粘结相含量相同的硬质合金,随着WC晶粒尺寸减小,导热系数减小;而WC含量相同的WC-Co系硬质合金中,硬质合金的导热系数随着粘结相元素的增多而减少,且1%Cr以及1%Al元素可导致硬质合金的导热系数显著下降。
In this study, the thermal conductivity of cemented carbide(mass fraction of binder phase not more than30%) were measured using Hot disk. The effects of binder phase content, WC grain size and constituent elements of binder phase on the thermal conductivity of cemented carbide were investigated. The results show that thermal conductivity of cemented carbide is affected by binder phase content, WC grain size and constituent elements. Smaller grain size and more binder phase content lead to lower thermal conductivity. With the number of binder phase element increased, the thermal conductivity of WC-Co cemented carbide is decreased, and 1%Cr and 1%Al element can lead to a significant decline in the thermal conductivity of cemented carbide.
