摘要
微小核糖核酸(microRNA,miRNA)是一类在转录后水平调节基因表达的小的非编码核糖核酸分子,参与生物体内多种生理病理过程,与肿瘤的发生、发展密切相关。研究发现,一些miRNAs在肾细胞癌(renal cell carcinoma,RCC)患者样本中异常表达,提示miRNA在RCC的发病机制中发挥重要作用。本文就miRNAs与RCC关系的研究进展作一综述。
MicroRNAs （miRNAs）, small noncoding RNAs that function in the posttranscriptional regulation of genes, are involved in various physiological and pathological processes, particularly in the development of cancer. Recently, some aberrantly expressed miRNAs have been discovered in the renal cell carcinoma （ RCC ） , indicating that miRNA may play a critical role in the pathogenesis of RCC. This review summarizes the research progress of the relationship between miRNAs and RCC.
