当今社会,智库的发展水平已经成为国家软实力和国际话语权的重要象征之一。高校智库作为智库阵营中不可或缺的重要力量,在国家或地区经济社会发展中发挥着重要作用。高校智库具有明显区别于官方智库、民间智库的典型特征,深入理解高校智库的内涵,准确把握高校智库的典型特征,正确处理高校智库在发展中面临的几组关系,对高校智库的健康发展具有重要意义。
In today＇s society, the development level of the think-tank has become one of the important symbols of the national soft power and the international discourse power. As an important part of think-tank camp, university think-tank plays an important role in economic and social development in the country or the region. University think-tank has some typical characteristics different from the official think-tank and the private think-tank. In-depth understanding of the connotation, accurate grasp of the typical characteristics, and proper handling several groups of relations the university think-tank faces are significant to the healthy development of the universitv think-tank.
