摘要
岩土工程专业研究生"高等岩土塑性力学"课程的教学内容改革要着眼对知识深度(理论基础与前沿)、广度(理论的学科交叉拓展,不同领域的灵活应用)的合理把握,打牢创新的基础,激发学生的创新意识。在教学方式上要采用以问题为牵引的启发式教学,循循善诱,鼓励学生从多角度多视野探究问题,培养学生主动求知的态度与习惯。要注重结合团队的研发过程,突出对研究方法知识的传授,使学生感同身受,体验创新的艰辛过程与突破的快感。要采用研究与应用相结合的考核方法,使导师对学生的知识水平与能力有清楚的了解。
From the present situation of our Institute of geotechnical engineering and the requirements of the training objectives of the doctoral students,the teaching objectives of the " geotechnical plastic mechanics" course are established.Teaching content reform focus on the relationship between the depth of knowledge(theoretical basis and the frontier),the breadth of knowledge(the theory of interdisciplinary development,flexible application of different fields) to lay the foundation of innovation and stimulate innovation awareness.Using the heuristic teaching on the teaching mode to guidance and encourage students ask questions from multi angle and multi perspective so as to train students' active learning attitude and habit.Focusing on the process of team combination research,emphasizing the knowledge teaching,and encouraging students to experience the difficult of innovation process and the happy of breakthrough is important.Adapting the assessment method of research and application can make the level of students' knowledge and ability clear.Many years' practice shows that this course has aroused the students' strong interest and strong innovation desire about " geotechnical plastic mechanics" course so as to achieve good teaching effect.
