在认真分析国内及广西油气安全生产形势和事故原因基础上,提出加强和完善法制管理,加大安全投入,弥补历史欠账,提升安全管理水平等措施。针对油气储罐和油气管道,应加大采用先进技术的力度,确保广西油气安全生产和高效开发利用,保障广西能源安全和提高经济社会发展水平。
