摘要
针对我国目前轨道交通领域在全面贯彻与执行RAMS标准与体系过程中出现的偏差和误区,以及在一些系统上过度追求所谓安全完整性的问题,文章就轨道交通车辆系统RAMS体系中风险、安全性与安全完整性以及它们的工程应用体系等若干基本问题作一些讨论,并给出相应的结论,以供执行该标准时参考。
Aiming to the deviations and mistakes of the standardization and system of RAMS had been carried out comprehensively in the field of rail transportation, and the problems of some systems excessive pursuit of so-called security intergrity, the risk, safety, safety integrity and other engineering applications about RAMS in the system of rail transit vehicles were discussed. The corresponding conclusion was proposed to provided reference for the implementation.
