摘要
张伟教授针对病机复杂的弥漫性间质性肺疾病,首次提出"气运失常""血运失常""津液代谢失常""脏腑功能失调"及"本虚标实"贯穿间质性肺疾病病程的理论,并提出"培土生金""养血通络""急则治标,缓则固本"等一系列针对该病不同阶段的治疗法则。对于平稳期间质性肺炎患者,从"培土生金"的治疗大法入手,创制"泰中济肺饮"。其药物组成:党参12 g,麦冬12 g,炒白术12 g,茯苓12 g,陈皮12 g,黄芪15 g,半夏9 g,五味子6 g,炙甘草6 g。张伟教授临证时随症加减:1伴有频繁、剧烈咳嗽者,加炙麻黄6 g,炒苦杏仁6 g,前胡、白前、炙枇杷叶各9 g。2伴咳嗽,咽痛、干痒不爽者,加生地黄16 g,桔梗、射干、挂金灯各12 g。3胸闷、憋喘严重者,稍动即喘,双寸脉浮、涩,或伴头痛者,加炒地龙12 g,蜈蚣1条,蛤蚧粉10 g,川芎12g。4伴失眠健忘、烦躁易怒、舌红、白睛血丝者,此属肝血失养、阴虚火旺,治当养血安神、疏肝解郁,加栀子、柴胡、郁金各9 g,炒酸枣仁30 g,合欢皮、合欢花各15 g。5伴大便黏腻不爽、腹胀不舒、纳呆、痰多、舌苔厚腻、头脑昏沉不清者,此属脾失健运、痰浊中阻,盖因脾阳衰败、运湿无权,加干姜、鸡内金、砂仁各9 g,瓜蒌、焦山楂、焦神曲、焦麦芽各18 g,葛根16 g。6体弱易感、怕冷而易出汗者,此属肺卫不固,治当益气固表,重用黄芪30 g,加防风12 g,浮小麦30 g,生姜3片,大枣5枚。

The composition： Dangshen（ Codonopsis Pilosula）12 g, Maidong（ Radix Ophio- pogonis） 12 g, Chaobaizhu （ Roasted Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae ） 12 g, Fuling （ Poria Cocos ） 12 g, Chenpi （ Dried Tangerine Peel） 12 g, Huangqi （ Astragalus Membranaceus） 15 g, Banxia （ Pinellia Ternata） 9 g, Wuweizi （Schisandra） 6 g, Zhigancao （ Prepared Licorice）6g.
