摘要
采用高温度梯度液态金属冷却定向凝固方法,制备了含Sr和Y的新型镍基单晶高温合金,并进行了显微组织、拉伸性能和持久性能的测试与分析。结果表明,该新型合金具有较佳的拉伸性能和持久性能。在300MPa应力条件下,该新型合金的650℃持久性能较商业DZ125高温合金提高28.1%、1100℃持久性能提高202.8%%。
The paper described the preparation of a new nickel-based single-crystal superalloy containing elements Sr and Y by the process of high temperature gradient liquid metal cooling directional solidification,and it presented test results and analysis of the alloy on microstructure,tensile properties and durability. The results showed that the new alloy was improved in tensile properties and durability. Comparing with commercial DZ125 superalloy,the new alloy increased the durability by 28. 1% and202. 8% at the temperature of 650℃ and 1100℃,respectively.
