摘要
目的:通过外消乳癖膏贴敷治疗乳腺增生,观察其临床有效性,并对其安全性做出初步评价。方法:所选患者随机分为两组,每组30例。治疗组贴敷外消乳癖膏,对照组口服乳癖消,观察治疗前后乳房疼痛程度及肿块大小、硬度、范围等情况。结果:两组治疗后乳房疼痛,乳房肿块硬度、范围、大小积分均明显低于治疗前(P<0.01),组间比较无显著性差异。对照组总有效率90.0%,治疗组总有效率96.7%,两组比较无显著性差异。结论:外消乳癖膏贴敷治疗乳腺增生能缓解患者乳房疼痛,缩小乳房增生肿块,且方法简便,患者依从性好,值得临床推广与应用。
Objective： To study and evaluate the curative effect and safety of applying Waixiao Ruipi Plaster in the treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands. Methods： Patients were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups. Patients in treatment group were treated with Waixiao Rupi Plaster externally, and patients in control group were treated with breast mass resolving tablets orally. The degree of breast pain, lump size, hardness and range were observed before and after treatment. Results： On both groups, the data of breast pain, lump size, hardness and range were lower than the data before treatment（P〈0.01）, no significant difference on 2 groups. Total effective rate of control group was 90.0% and treatment group was 96.7%, no significant difference on 2 groups. Conclusion： Waixiao Rupi Plaster has the effects of regulating qi-l owing for removing obstruction in collaterals, promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis, and detumescence and relieving pain, which applied in the treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands could relieve pain and reduce lump size, so it was simple and worth to be popularized and applied in clinic.
