摘要
目的:优选三黄前必治浓缩丸中牛膝和黄柏的醇提工艺。方法:采用正交试验设计法,考察提取次数、回流时间、乙醇浓度、溶媒量4个因素对提取工艺的影响,每个因素设3个水平,以盐酸小檗碱含量、齐墩果酸含量和浸膏得率为考察指标,优选黄柏和牛膝2味药材的乙醇提取工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺为牛膝、黄柏加6倍量65%乙醇,加热回流提取3次,每次1.5h,其余药材加水煎煮。结论:优选的三黄前必治浓缩丸提取工艺安全、稳定,可行,可用于指导三黄前必治浓缩丸的生产。
Objective: To optimize the extraction process of alcohol in Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae and Cortex Phellodendri from Sanhuang Qianbizhi Condensed Pills. Methods: Orthogonal experiment table L9(34) was used to observe the effects of 4 factor that alcohol volume, rel uxing time, alcohol concentration, dissolvent volume on the extraction process. Each factor was divided into 3 levels. The concentrations of berberine hydrochloride and oleanolic acid and the rate of dry extract were considered as the observation indexes. Results: The most optimal extraction process was as follows: extracting with 6 times of 65% alcohol, heating rel ux for three times, 1.5 hours for each time. Other medicinal materials were decocted in water. Conclusion: The optimized extraction process is safe, stable and feasible that could be applied for the production of Sanhuang Qianbizhi Condensed Pills.
