摘要
目的建立测定连甘颗粒中盐酸小檗碱含量的RP-HPLC法。方法色谱柱为大连依利特ODS柱（250mm×4．6mm，5μm），流动相：0．05mol·L^-1乙腈-磷酸二氢钾溶液（40：50）；流速：1．0mL·min^-1；检测波长：265nm。结果盐酸小檗碱的线性范围为0．0804-0．402mg·mL^-1，r=0．9999，平均回收率为100．02％，RSD为1．57％。结论本法操作简便，重复性好，精密度高，可用于连苷颗粒中盐酸小檗碱含量的测定。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of berberine hydrochloride in Liangan granules. Methods C18（250mm×4.6mm,5μm） was used with 0.05mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution-acetonitrile（50： 40） as a mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1. The detecting wavelength was at 265 nm. Results The linear of berberine hydrochloride was in the rang of 0.0804-0.402 mg·mL^-1,r = 0.9999. The average recovery was 100.02% with RSD of 1.57% . Conclusion The method is simple,rapid and accurate, and can be used for the quality control of Liangan granules.
