摘要
甲醇装车废气焚烧技术经过改造后,能够充分利用废气燃烧产生的热量,改善甲醇装车焚烧装置运行的经济性,提升系统的环保性,同时适当提高炉膛温度,让甲醇装车废气在炉膛中与燃烧机火焰充分燃烧,废气完全氧化分解后产生的热量,降低了燃油消耗,进而降低了生产成本。通过环保部门多次抽检排放物,抽检达标率为100%。结果证明:排放物含量均远远低于国家标准规定值,达到大气污染物综合排放标准的要求,燃油消耗减少了94.5 t/a。
After transformation of the technology of methanol loading waste incineration, it can make full use of heat produced by the waste gas combustion, improve the economic benefits of the methanol loading combustion device, and improve the system's environmental performance. At the same time, the furnace temperature is increased so that the exhaust gas is burned adequately in the fuenace with the burning machine flame, the heat generated by the exhaust gas after complete oxidation decomposition can reduce the fuel consumption, thereby lowering the production cost. Through repeatedly sampling emissions of the environmental protection department, the sampling success rate was 100%. The results show that the content of emission is far lower than the national standard specified value, and can achieve the requirement of the standard of air pollutants emission, and the fuel consumption is reduced by 94.5 t/a.
