摘要
针对传统加工齿轮时存在的切削效率较低的问题提出端铣加工齿轮的方法。应用计算机软件CATIA对渐开线变位直齿轮进行了参数化三维建模,并对其进行了加工仿真。采用通用铣削刀具对该渐开线变位直齿轮进行端铣加工,针对端铣刀粗加工渐开线齿轮齿廓时存在的加工轨迹重复现象提出解决办法,并利用球头铣刀进行了半精加工、精加工渐开线齿轮齿廓的加工仿真。端铣加工齿轮有效提高了加工效率和加工精度。
In tradition of machining gear, there is a problem of low efficiency of cutting, and face milling gear machi- ning method is put forward. CATIA senior modeling function is used to build 3D model of involute spur gear deflection and machine simulation on the basis of the model. The article use universal tool to cut involute spur gear deflection in face mill- ing. In the process of roughing and semi finishing or finishing involute tooth profile by end milling cutter and ball milling cutter, the solving method about the repeated phenomenon of tool path is put forward. End milling gears not only improve the cutting efficiency availably but also get very high machining accuracy.
