摘要
根据对现有传统继电器控制的滚齿机使用状况的分析,提出了数控化改造滚齿机的必要性;分析了齿轮滚齿加工成形运动及其特点;通过对普通滚齿机的加工原理及其传动分析,提出了完整的数控改造方案;以Y3105型滚齿机为例,完成了以PLC为主控CPU的数控滚齿机床系统的软、硬件结构设计并详细说明了其工作原理,并针对实际改造过程中可能遇到的信号干扰提出抗干扰措施。
Bring forward the necessary of rebuilding hobbing machine with numerical control, based on the analysis of the traditional hobbing machine con, trolled by relay in existence. Analyse gear bobbing movement of process and the feature of it. Bring forward the whole numerical control rebuilding blue print through analyzing the process principle and transmission of the common gear hobbing machine. Take a example for gear hobbing machine, complete the hardware and the software structural design of the CNC controlled mainly by PLC, and illuminate the operating principle of it particularly. Put forward the anti-jamming measure for resolving the problem signal disturb which will happen in the rebuilding course.
