摘要
分析某高职体育学院竞技运动员文化教育的现状,认为:文化课专任教师的学历与职称结构合理,但仍需要依据不同运动队进行专项提升;通过文化教育使运动员学历在专科基础上向本科迈进;运动员学训时间安排仍需要重点重置;减少运动员对于其本身已有文化基础差这一消极因素的关注,使其更加积极地投入到今后的文化教育中来。
By analysis the situation of physical education of competitive athletes＇ in higher vocational colleges, the conclusions are followed： although academic and professional title structure is reasonable, but they still need to be improved based on different training teams; let education background of athletes move to the undergraduate college education through cultural education; athletes learning and training schedules still need to reset; reducing the attention of poor educations, make them more aggressively into the future education.
