摘要
德国皮划艇运动的基本管理体制是国家皮划艇联合会技术监控与指导，地方协会支持与协调，俱乐部独立组织与皮划艇项目有关的训练、比赛、娱乐、经营活动。
The basic management system of German canoeing is that the national canoeing association technically supervises and guide,and the local associations support and coordinate, clubs independently organize the training,competition,entertainment and business activities which concern canoeing.
