摘要
推动国家治理体系和治理能力的现代化,根本目的是要完善各项治理机制,提升国家治理能力和水平,有效回应社会需求。政府回应与现代国家治理具有深刻的内在关联,是现代国家治理的重要内容。本文试图从现代国家政治运转的逻辑出发,说明政府回应能力建设之于国家治理的理论和现实意义。互联网的发展,给政府回应能力建设带来了新的机遇和挑战。如何正确认识网络时代政府回应能力建设的基本形态,进而为政府回应能力建设提供具体的对策思路,是推动国家治理现代化的一项重要内容。
One fundamental Objective of the modernization of national governance and capacity is to more effectively response the needs of society. Government response and modern governance has a profound inner link. It is the important content of modern governance system. This article attempts from the logic of modern national politics, explain that the government response is important for modern governance. With the development of the Internet, Government Response Capacity face new opportunities and challenges. How to correctly understand the content of the government response capability in the internet age, and to provide countermeasures to the construction of government response capacity , is an important content for the modernization of national governance.
