摘要
涂层与基体材料结合时,界面结合状态将最终决定涂层使用性能,界面应力又直接影响着涂层强度属性。基于界面约束和均匀应变理论模型,推导出涂层界面剪切应力计算公式。同时,该公式可用于计算涂层界面剪切强度。通过实验进一步验证了理论分析的正确性和实验测试方法的有效性。利用分区不同膜厚单轴拉伸法测得氧化钇稳定氧化锆涂层的界面剪切强度,且这种方法有助于进一步分析涂层厚度与强度属性之间的关系。
The application performance of coatings are depended on their interface bonded condition when coatings are bonded with substrate,and the interface stresses of coatings directly influences on their strength properties. The equations about interface shear stress of coatings,which based on a model of interface restriction and uniformity strain theory,were deduced.These equations could be used to determine the interface shear strength of coatings. The accuracy of theory analysis and the effectiveness of testing method were further verified by experiment. The interface shear strength of yttria stabilized zirconia coatings was measured by a new tensile method. The coatings were discriminatively sprayed on three parts on specimens with different thickness,and which contributed to analyzing the relationship between coatings' thickness and their strength properties.
