等离子喷涂氧化铝涂层界面状态和结合性能的研究 被引量:5

摘要 采用相同的等离子喷涂工艺参数对TC4钛合金、45钢、6061铝合金和纯铜等不同基材进行了等离子喷涂工艺试验。利用金相显微镜和扫描电镜观察了涂层组织的界面结合状态,测试了不同基材上涂层的结合强度,分析了基材性质不同对涂层残余应力、界面组织状态和结合强度性能的影响规律。结果表明:基材的热膨胀系数、导热系数、比热容等物性参数直接影响涂层的残余应力和界面结合状态,进而影响到涂层与基体的结合强度,针对不同的基材制定不同的喷涂工艺是改善涂层界面结合性能的重要途径。 Plasma spraying process experiments on different subsracts,in cluding TC4 titanium alloy,45 steel,6061 aluminium alloy and fine copper,were conducted at same process parameters.The interface morphology between coats and substrate was observed under metallographic microscope and scanning electron microscope.The bonding strength between coats and substracte was also detected.The effects of the substract character on the residual stress,the interface bonding state and bonding strength of coating were also analysed.The results manifested that the physical paremeters of the substract,such as coefficient of thermal expansion,thermal conductivity,specific heat capacity,have a direct effect upon the residual stress and interface bonding state of coating,which then influences the bonding strength between coating and substrats.Establishing proper spraying procedure corresponding to different substract is a key approach to improve the bonding strength between coating and substract.
