摘要
目的:讨论中药膏方制备工艺及临床应用时注意的问题。方法:中药膏方是按中医理论在辨证的基础上,结合服用膏方者治疗和保健的需求,组成一个适宜于制备膏剂的方子,经过备料、浸泡、煎煮、过滤、沉淀、压榨、浓缩、收膏、盖装、凉膏、包装等十一道工序加工成膏剂,统称为膏方。定制中医膏方因人而异,一人一方、一方一锅,量身订做。结果:膏方作业传统的中药制剂备受人们喜爱,然而膏方制备和服用方法不当对其功效有直接的影响。结论:该文对中药膏方的制备工艺及临床应用进行了详细的研究,效果显著,安全可靠,具有临床价值。
Objective：Discuss the traditional chinese medicine prescription of ointment of the preparation process and attention to the clinical problems in application. Methods ： Traditional Chinese medicine prescription of ointment is in accordance with the chinese medicine theory on the basis of syndrome differentiation ; combining with the users treatment and health care needs, forming a suitable for the preparation of ointment＇s prescription, after preparing raw material, soaking, decoction, filtering, precipitation, squeezing, enrichment, collect, fill, cooling, packing and so on eleven procedure, processed into ointment, called prescription of ointment. Traditional Chinese medicine prescription of ointment vary from person to person, one person one party, one party a pot, tailored.Results ： Traditional Chinese medicine the homework of prescription of ointment preparation, people loved it, however the prescription of ointment preparation and use of improper method has a direct impact on its effectiveness. Conclusion ： This paper makes a detailed research on the preparation process of prescription of ointment and clinical application, effect is remarkable, safe and reliable, has clinical value.
