摘要
目的:探讨维生素C对尿酸酶测定尿酸准确性的限值,以期为临床应用提供依据。方法:在血清标本中加入不同浓度维生素C,尿酸酶过氧化物酶法测定尿酸浓度,数据分析采用Moncia改良质控图和t检验。结果:维生素C浓度为50、100μmol/L,尿酸的测定基本不受干扰,检测值在临床可接受范围内。当维生素C浓度为200μmol/L,检测值全部超出警告范围。结论:维生素C的浓度超过200μmol/L可干扰尿酸的测定,临床上应重视,避免假性低尿酸血症的出现。
Objective:To investigate the limits of Vitamin C interference the accuracy of uric acid detection and provide the basis for clinical application.Method:Different concentrations of Vitamins C were add into Serum samples,method of uricase peroxidase was used to determinate concentration of uric acid.Data were analyzed by Moncia improved quality control chart and t test.Result:When the concentration of Vitamin C were 50 μmol/L and 100 μmol/L,the measurement of uric acid freedom from interference,the values were included in the range and clinically acceptable.When the Vitamin C concentration was over 200 μmol/L,all the detected values exceeds the warning range.Conclusion:When the concentration of Vitamin C exceeded 200 μmol/L,uric acid can be interfered,clinical attention should be paid to avoid the appearance of false hypouricemia.
