摘要
针对端盖零件的结构特点,详细分析了零件的技术要求,加工设备选择、加工方法确定以及工艺路线拟定,并在此基础上研究了基于UG的端盖零件数控加工,通过合理设置各工步的铣削刀具、加工方法、切削参数等,生成了正确的刀具轨迹。实践表明:该工艺大大提高了零件的加工效率和产品质量,具有一定的借鉴和参考价值。
For the structural characteristics of the cover-type part, this paper provides a detailed analysis of the technical requirements of parts, processing equipment selection, processing methods and the machining route. On this basis,studys UG machining, by choosing reasonable settings for each step milling tools, processing methods, cutting parameters to generate the correct tool path. Practice shows that: the process greatly improves the processing efficiency and quality of the parts, with some reference value.
