摘要
论述了铣削加工斜面和圆弧面时影响残余高度的有关因素。针对球铣刀铣削加工斜面和圆弧面,根据表面残余高度的计算公式,推出相邻两刀铣削深度的计算公式,解决了UG编程时的铣削深度设置问题,在保证加工表面要求的残余高度条件下,使数控加工效率更高,这对实际的数控加工具有指导意义。
The factors which influenced the residue altitude in milling slope and arc face process were discussed. When the ball milling cutter was used to mill slopes and arc faces, the milling depth equation between the adjacent milling cutters were deduced according to the surface residue altitude formula. The milling depth setting problem was solved by this equation in creating some process such as outline milling by UG programming software. This can not only ensure the residue altitude condition, but also can obtain higher productivity. It has guidance meaning to the real NC processing.
