摘要
基于模块划分理论的研究,提出以分割产品零部件接口连通图实现复杂产品的模块划分。基于对产品零部件间接口定量化分析,得到零部件的关联矩阵,生成接口连通图,以不同水平分割连通图得到不同的模块划分情况,引入F检验统计量以确定最优水平下模块的划分。最后以刮板输送机为例说明方法的可行性,得出适合刮板输送机的最佳模块划分结果。
Based on the theoretical research of module division, module division of complex products were actualized by separating the interfaces' connected graph of product components. In view of the quantitative analysis of product components interfaces, the incidence matrix was established; the connected graph of interfaces was created. Different kinds of module divisions were separated by different standards. The test statistic F was used to determine the module division in the best standard.Finally, the scraper conveyor was taken as an example, the proposed method was proved to be feasible and the best module division result of scraper conveyor was obtained.
