围堰式袋装充填技术在香炉山钨矿的试验研究 被引量:10

Experimental Study on Filling Technology with Cofferdam Bags in Xianglushan Tungsten Mine

摘要 针对香炉山钨矿大跨度多临空面复杂采空区治理难题,提出了围堰式袋装充填技术。该技术以采空区矿柱为拐点,采用充填袋围堰封堵充填处理空区,矿山在Ⅰ盘区E2~E6采场北端约3万m^3空区现场试验结果表明,该技术解决了高大采空区挡墙架设难题,实现了采空区分区充填治理,围堰充填成本为135.7元/m3、空区充填成本为118元/m3,达到了安全经济可靠处理空区的目的,同时为矿柱回采奠定了基础。 Aimed at the complex goaf with large span and multiple surfaces in Xianglushan tungsten mine, the filling technology with cofferdam bags, taking the pillars as inflection points, was put forward to control goaf. Field tests were carried out for the goaf of 30,000 m^3 in the north of E2-E6 stopes at the No. 1 panel. The results showed that the diffi- culties of building retaining wall in large and high goal were solved, and the partition filling was realized. Besides, the cost of cofferdam bags was 135.7 RMB/m^3 and the filling cost was 118 RMB/m^3. The technology not only controlled goaf safely, economically and reliably, but also laid a good foundation for pillars extraction.
